MSN Hotmail: how to change signature?

Hope it belongs in here.

How do i change my signature that goes with the emails i send out? I haven't changed it for years but now i want a new one and i can't find the option anymore. Spent 30 mins browsing through all options and hotmail menu's but i can't find it.

Wow thanks. I actually had to count 6 down because i wasn't sure that something like 'personal end' meant signature. They did a really bad job in translating it to dutch.

Okay now this...i can change it...but in early times it would accept HTML..now it has to be coded as RTF and i know nothing about that. I want to insert a quote, a blank line and the author of that quote, all centered. How do i do that?
