I need a better cooler for my 6600gt(Leadtek agp) and I'm currently looking at Zalman VF700. I can't fit a Stasis cooler +fan in my rig, cuz AFAIK it occupies 2 pci slots...

Have anyone tested it? What was your result? Do you have any other recomandations? I can only afford to loose one pci slot...

the zalman vf700 is a real good cooler, and it takes up one pci slot. i just looked at my icestorm, and it looks fine. you should be able to fit another pci card in. i dont have any pci cards in, but it leaves my 2nd slot in.

Well, mine craps out at around 565 due to high temps.... 80degr. after only one run of 3dmark(01).
In other words I might be able to push the card some more(with some luck).

i think around 1-3 after a half-hour, and then maybe like 4-5 after a good day or two of video load

Well, with stock cooling I reached 565/1150. Benched it and playe HL2 while using it, but it's the current max... I hope to reach 580 with better cooling. Braking 600 would be cool, but my psu would probably choke it.
