My conscience initially says no, as you'll already be using the AGP bus and won't be able to get a device ID for both cards at once. I guess you could fire up your flashing utility and do a quick scan to see in the off chance you CAN. Just be sure not to actually flash anything unless you find both cards, and know which one to do.

I don't see any reason why not. You may have to pull your AGP card and boot up w/o it to set your system to search for the onboard video first, then power down and put your AGP card back in.
