Not overclocking, but there are several mods you can do, such as softmodding to different models, replacing or removing capacitors, changing opamps, replacing output jacks, removing and bridging buffers, adding spdif out by building a TTL-SPDIF adapter, replacing the analog stage, and I am sure I have missed some possible mods.
Technically you could, but its more of a case of running your PCI bus out of spec, and that is a bad thing :p
What does changing capacitors and opamps do?

What does changing capacitors and opamps do?
All the mods I have listed are to improve sound quality, and replacing/removing caps and replacing opamps are probably the most common. The stock parts arn't the best, so removing output caps, replacing other caps with stuff like Blackgates, and changing opamps to something like the AD8620 all help.
Does that help with analog and digital or just analog
Analog only. Digital quality isn't affected by crappy capacitors, opamps and buffers. A digital out is just like the decoded MP3 or PCM, you need an external DAC, perhaps built into your speakers or amp.

-No, depending on what kind of soundcard you could, but you can't. But there are mods for better quality. You can flash some cards to other models, but soundblaster live, is teh crap lol.
