View Full Version : So I went to EB Games today....

looking for some old games in original jewel cases with inserts or boxes. As well as Call of Duty - Deluxe Edition. I did find Return To Castle Wolfenstein in jewl case for $5, so I figured I'd get that to add to my collection.

While I'm checking out, I ask if they've got Quake 4 and Call of Duty 2 avalible for reserve yet. He asks for what system, I say the PC. The guy tells me "It's only coming out for the XBOX 360, so no, we don't." I was like, I just watched an E3 preview of it for the PC last night and I've been reading about Quake 4 for the PC in magazines since it was announced. He's like, "let me check...Oh, I guess they are. $5 towards both?".

I put $10 down towards both Quake 4 and Call of Duty 2, which are both supposed to be $49.99 each ($39.99 for me :)).

I can't wait till these are released. ^_^

Can you reserve Xbox360 yet?

I'm sure it depends on location/company but a friend of mine did. He put $20 down to reserve an Xbox 360 when it comes out. fyi- that shop only had 12 reserve spots, another only had 6. I'm sure they'll run out pretty soon.

Then I'm going to EB Games first thing tomorrow and I hope that I can also reserve copy of Gears of War, THANX for the for the headsup Bios.

Just came from EB Games and I put down $50 on Xbox 360, they had like 5 left and they also said that its going to be like $400 or $500.

hmm, im wondering if it would be smart to put some reservers on xbox360s and ps3s for some good ebay action on launch day. I remember what ps2's were like...
