Ares Problem

when i try and run ares, it freezes and my pc slows to a crawl. I have no idea why it does this. Here is the error signature

tried reinstalling the program, and making sure the install didn't install any viruses or spyware?

sorry for late reply, but yes, i tried that, i even went in and deleted the folder after uninstalling and it still doesnt work.
