MS Exchange Server PROBLEM!!!!

Hi, i have a microsoft Exchange Server V.4. The edp files got locked and i can't open them. How can i convert them into .pst files, so i can open them through Outlook??

Basically, I think your best choice is to try to get them unlocked rather than try to convert them to pst files, if that is even possible.
