Monitor not working

Yea i put up the resolution on my monitor and suddently it doenst want to work. When i boot up i get to the windows screen but then it turns off, I think the refresh rate or resolution is too high, how would i change this back to the way it was?

Try booting up in safe mode and fix it from there.

Yea, It boots up in safe mode but the resolution is set low in safe mode. But when reboot normally it goes back to the high resolution, so now how do I change this?

Go in in the safe mode and uninstall your display drivers, then reboot. This should force windows to rerun the display install.

or use a different monitor that can handle that resolution
