video cards for new pc

i was looking into new pc and was wondering what company should i buy Geforce 6600GT from? and how many bit 128 or 256? and what i look in for a good 6600gt?

also is this the 6200 that can unlock 4 extra pipe to run as a 6600, not in memory terms.

last queston (stupid question ) of all it should all work with my monitor right? i have compaq presario mv 900 19inches which came with my computer 6 years ago..

6600GT do not come in 256 bit :(

And yes that 6200 could be modded into a 6600.

If you want to save money and still get good performance I suggest the 6200. If not the 6600GT is a very good choice.
