Audigy 2 soundcard

I've gone to www.creativehelp.com and clicked on the download link. I use the app that searches my computer for Creative products and lists updates for it. The app finds the Audigy 2 and lists and upgraded driver for it. I then let the app try to install the driver but it says it fails to find the Audigy 2 and cancels the install. I've tried downloading and installing the driver myself with no luck.
I've looked in Device Manager and the Audigy shows up but it shows up under Sound, Video, and game ports heading and I thought that sounds cards normally showed up under their own heading. It shows up as Creative SB Audigy 2 (WDM). Not entirely sure what the WDM means.
Any ideas?
