That's (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817103908#DetailSpecs) the PSU I have. An Antec TRUE430 ATX 430W Power Supply. I am out of Molex connectors to run my Fan controller, and I am currently working on wire management, so Molex Splitters are out of the question. And I don't have a meter to check the voltage, so I will ask here.
My PSU comes with 2 plugs I don't use. One has 6 connectors, and one has 4. I am pretty sure the one that has 4 is for Motherboards that use 24 Pin connectors. Anyways, 2 yellow and 2 black wires come from this plug. Does it have 12 Volts? I don't use this plug, so can I use it to hard wire my Fan Controller?

The four pin plug with 2 yellow and 2 black is supposed to be plugged in to your 4 pen adapter on your motherboard to supply power to your cpu, if your not using it I would be suprised that your system is stable, on the other hand if you have 2 four pin molexes alike you could hard wire one to run your fan by tying into one yellow and one black line.

Sorry, I am still Old School. The extra 4 plug is for AMD64 Motherboards I think.
And :welcome:

Thanks for the welcome, you are probably right about the connector in that case you should be able to hard wire as I stated before.

Kewl, Thanks.
If that PSU  comes with connectors that say 'fan only' don't even use them. They are way underpowered.

I take it you mean the Fan connection on the PSU? I am avoiding it at all cost. I might power a couple lights later, but I'm not at the lighting stage yet. Thanks.

Actually, reading it, it says, "PSU Fan Monitor onnector". What is that surposed to do? Monitor the Mobo, and raise the fan speed in the PSU when needed? Or am I surpossed to hook up fans to it, (which I won't)?
My 430 came with two connectors that where just labeled FAN ONLY. Thinking that I used one to power every fan in my system. It eventually blew my PSU because it was trying to draw way too much power from that one line.

LOL I think I saw you post that once. Oh well, shutting down to start soldering. Thanks again.
