creative driver won't let me clock!!!

recently i just found out that is not my PSU holding me back but is the creative sound card driver!! did anyone had the same kind of problem?? when i unplug the sound card and uninstall the driver, i can easily clock to 1.62G with fully stable. but when i plug em in, i can't even step up to 1.55G. is there any way to solve this problem??

probably cus your pci bus is runing out of spec? some cards dont like that, i had to take my graphics card out to get my computer higher, it is great but if only i could see what i was doing...

For a test lightning use your multiplier instead of your FSB and see how high it goes.

If it goes higher, than the card can't handle the FSB speed.
