Logon/off- options

How do you get rid of this:

It logs on with Username and Password requirments (even though I dont use a password) and requires me to press enter to tell it to logon. Instead of automaticly shutting down it asks what it wants me to do. It just started poping this up randomly one day and going back to a system restore point dident help...

Ideas?

I think this maybe Start>control panel>user accounts>change the way users log on and off> then put a tick int he box to show the welcome screen
