Welcome to the forums!

As I can see your relatively new to overclocking and the boards and this is better to be posted in the "Cooling Section" of the Forums!

Never mind your new the moderaters will forgive you.

Never worry about cooling unless you know its too hot!!

For example if you see that your CPU has an idle temp of 50C+ then you know you have a problem.

Be more specific in your posts and we can help you further. :)

Welcome to the forums! You'll not find a better place to hang out and ask your hardware questions. :)

Actually, you want to always worry about cooling. The cooler you run, the more stable you'll run, and the longer your hardware will last.

Of course, you can do this to your liking (fans tend to get loud after you add so many)
