There is 3 options I can think of off hand.
Custom
Stasis
Zalman

Of course you could just use the stock cooling if your card isn't running really hot.

Just lapping and using Arctic Silver 5 on the stock componentry does wonders.

Do you have the card yet, or are you just scoping out what is available? Because in my estimation if you're planning on buying a card....then putting an aftermarket heatsink on the card, you might as well just step up to the next preformance level of card.

But like Wolf said above me, there really are only a few good options. And they aren't cheap.

I've seen the best results with these cards (http://www.stasisthermal.com/sess/utn;jsessionid=15429ccd642f7e2/shopdata/index.shopscript), just go find the "NV43AGP Video Card Cooling Solution".
Here is the Zalman (http://www.svc.com/zm-vf700cu-75.html)

Edit: Arctic Cooling NV silencers don't work on the AGP model...

Actually it's for a friend of mine... I know that the NV silencer doesn't work... pitty...
I'll try lapping the HS and applying AS5 and we'll see...
Thanx for the feedback.
