To any mod that may see this please dont move this as I don't want anyone else to get burned by this person.

I bought 2 256mb of PC-133 for a total of 512mb. I get the RAM and its 1 256mb of PC-133 and 1 128mb OF PC-133 for a total of 384mb. I put the 256mb in my system(because the other was for a friend) I try it at CAS2 DRAM clock 133 BootBlock comes up. I try it at CAS 3 DRAM Clock 133 and BSOD in windows. So it only runs stable at CAS2 PC100. I tried it in 2 different systems. The 128mb stick my friend has runs great but the 256mb I'm using is horrible. I have to run it at DRAM Clock 100. I have emailed the guy and everything but no response. It seems not that I'm gonna be kind of leary buying from the classifieds on this site. I'm not saying that everyone will do the same because I built most of my PC from parts I bought off here with no problem whatsoever. It's dis couraging if you know what I mean. The guy I bought this from is Carl Kurschner and the company is CLK Technologies. The address of the place is 451 Chippewa St. Chippewa Falls 52749. I'm only posting this address that way if you see it anywhere you know to avoid it at all cost. I think it's his company since I was only in contact with him via email. So now I don't know what to do.I thank everyone who reads this and post replies to this in advance. Take care everyone

merlin704,

We don't allow double posting of your threads. One place is enough to get our attention. Thanks.

Well, I'd suggest calling him up and seeing what he will do about it. There is a possibility that this was all a big mix-up. Jumping to conclusions generally doesn't get you anywhere.
