Are you using SLI? Im not sure if you need it. Id go for the DFI UT nF4 Ultra-D if not using SLI. It is much cheaper.

Id go with the OCZ ram.

This would be a good heatsink for a better price since your getting s939.

a decent 92mm fan with that would do much better than the zalman^

P.S. where do you live in ohio?

I actually attend OSU.

Thanks for the opinion I will probably stick with the OCZ. With the heatsink, should I get the XP-120 and put a fairly quiet 120mm fan on it? I want to have a pretty quiet case as it will be in my apartment room next year with me and I like to have my computer on 24/7.

oh and I am definitely considering the Ultra-D since as I understand it is easy to mod to run in SLI anyways?

Not sure about the Ultra-D mod.

It doesnt really matter which of those heatsinks you get. They both cool very well. Personally, i like the xp-120 for reasons that i can not explain :santa: . Also the fact that most 120mm fans are quieter and push more air than smaller fans. The xp-120 will block the first pci-e x16 slot with the heatpipes, but may be fixable by rotating the heatsink so that the heatpipes face a different way.

O yeah... im getting an ATI vid card. It is very nice for the price.

I have lost faith in the OCZ 520W there seem to be many going bad all at once. Mine and all the others i see on there own support forums.
