Best motherboard for this system.

I am building a system with a P4 640 3.2ghz 2mb edition, Radeon x800pro pci-e, some sort of high end sound card (this requires more research), and 5 sata hard drives, cd and dvd burners. I plan on using it for music storage, playing, its gonna be a media center basically, TV too, and also for 3d modeling and some games once in a while. Memory is DDR2 800mhz. I was thinking the ASUS P5WD2 would be a good choice. Any suggestions?
