Well, we got a new protein. Surprise! The tell tale server outage predicted yet another one. :D
It's the BBAW_native and it's slow. I'll have frame times in a few minutes.

OK. It;s showing 2:08/frame tbird@1455 so maybe it's not as evil as it first appeared to be. :D

I have no idea. :D. I was working on some other type of protein for the beta but cannot remember what it was. Just noticed that my clients are filling up with bba_build_ext's again. :cool:

what is the bba5_build_ext? is there somewhere that we can read up on what we are folding?

Wish I knew.
There is some stuff at Stanford's website and there are several people that actually know what this stuff is in the Yahoo group. I think that Stanford only does write ups right now on stuff that has already been completed.
