Azureus keeps hanging

I installed Azureus and it worked fine on the initial load, but now everytime i run the program it hangs at the point where it says "Initializing plugin: azjpc". Ive left it overnight and it eventually loaded the program, but i got tired of watching it try to load for 30 min. It runs my cpu at 100% load when this happens. Ive tried uninstalling both java and Azureus and reinstalling the most recent versions and I still get this problem.

It's been a somewhat common problem. What version of Java are you using? There are also a couple of programs that conflict with Azureus. Read over the above link and see if it helps.

Im using java 1.5.3. i removed everyting out of the plugin directory and still have the same problem. I dont have zonealarm. I have norton Antivirus, but it doesnt help when i close it.
