audigy play on A64 board, winXP 32 bit

i just upgraded to an asrock A64 board http://www.asrock.com/product/product_k8_combo-z.htm with an athlo 64 2800, 512 megs of PC3200, GF FX5500U and my old hard drive and opticals. i have my SB audigy platinum in there, with the front bay and everything just as it wasbefore. im running the win XP home 32 bit that i have. but now the drivers wont install. anyone know what to do? ive downlaoded the updated drivers from the web site, and nothing still. when i install them it copies all the files and everything, then says that they cannot be installed. anyone help?
