sweet! patch sure the graphics are really bad but if u haev a voodoo and cant afford an upgrade its sweet.....!

Oh wow...and to think..I used to have a Voodoo2. I remember playing Quake 3 on it before upgrading to the Geforce 256 (first one). The upgrade from 12mb to 32mb and from 16bit to 32bit color was unbelieveable. But all in all....The Voodoo could hold it's own! Great cards in their time and I truly believe they set the standard for 3D gaming as we know it.

Ah yes, I saw this a LONG time ago (on here I think).

Wow!! You guys are stirring up many gaming memories from the late 90's!! Those 3dfx cards sure rocked (until nVidia gobbled them up;) Sweeeet!

Me too!! I wish I knew what I did with my old Voodoo 2. I think I ended up giving it away after I went nVidia. Maybe I'll see if I can score an old Voodoo 5 PCI ;)

Wow man, I think those graphics would make me sick. I think I would need to take my motion sickness pills before hitting up Doom 3 and HL2 with a 3DFX. One thing, I like the lightness of that Doom 3. I hate having to use the damn flash light in that game.

Does all this do is make the graphics bad so it is playable on lower end cards? So can I use it on my MX 420?

garding that) but he hasnt replied.
