ok 5900 se for $90,9800 se for $90,6600 for 115,6200 for 75,9800 pro for 120,5900 xt for 100,5900 ultra for 120-130 whtas better for the money im just wondering with all the different opinons out there :shrug: ?

I would go for the 9800Pro out all of these, the 5900XT is excellent value as it will OC to Ultra at stock so you might consider that as well.
But wait few weeks for the next gen cards to come out and then there will be a price drop so you can get a 6600GT.

I would say one of:

5900 XT (cheapest, but least powerful, should oc well)
9800 Pro
6600 (if you can get one of the older 6200s it is likely to softmod to a 6600, but you would probably have to look on eBay).

9800 pro, but you should really look at the 6600 gt if u can spend about 30-40 more
