Take a look at these pictures (http://forum.ocworkbench.com/ocwbcgi/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=1&t=003614). There are laser trences in-between the bridges. Probably have to going to use conductive ink if Amd leaves them like that.

I also understand thanks to wild_andy_c that the bridges are covered and you have to use a dremal or some elbow grease and sandpaper to expose them.

That would make it easier to tell when someone's been overclocking.

Good bye warranty:)

I just hope they can be unlocked without too much trouble.

well, it would still be pretty simple, just have to use a conductive pen, I use it anyway...

wildandy apparently has already unlocked these new cores no problem.

Something about grinding the conection a little with a dreaml and then soldering the connections.

anyway, i don't think it's going to be very difficult.

Im gonna have to test one of those myself. They seem very overclockable when unlocked.

I wonder if they will eventualy unlock them at higher levels like they did with the t-birds.

I heard a tiny bit of sanding is needed to uncover the bridges, then u can connect them.
