I was curious as to how 7/16 tubing compares to 3/8" or 1/2" ID tubing. I know its more flexible than the 1/2" but allows more flow than the 3/8". Does the added flexibility cost a lot of flow from 1/2"? I have all 1/2" barbs and i would love to have lots of flexibility but if its gonna cost me a lot of flow ill stick with the 1/2" ID tubing. Sorry if someone already asked this before but i havent seen anybody really cover the 7/16" ID tubing in depth so anyone who has experience with this tubing your input would be appreciated.

7/16th ID by 3/32 has benefits of decent flexibility and low resistance at flow rates typical of water cooling. I ugraded from 3/8ths and find it hard to imagine trying to work with 1/2 by 1/8 - must be a challenge.
