I installed my new kingmax PC150 ram and low and behold at 150 mhz cas 3 hst-clk it worked, 151 FSB gotta BSOD. Then Hstclk-Pciclk got it up to like 154FSB is it the RAM or something else?? With my old Generic PC133 Ram i got it up to 153 HstCLk

might be something else, i'm running pc133 corsair at 172FSB -clk cas 2 and turbo mode. without one BSOD, have you tried to see how high you can go running at clock speed if you can get to 150 your bandwidth would be much better. The only thing i can think of about your BSOD's is that maybe you might try another 4 in 1 driver and making sure its installed in turbo mode, This answer is still reaching I know but it may be worth a try the only other thing i can think is what kind of cooling do you have on your northbridge? adding a medium sized HSF may help if not it wont hurt.

You may try www.rojakpot.com and go through there bIOS guide and see if you can set your BIOS up for stability.
