how to setup these ram's in the pc of my sig

i have some ram of following spec.
Kingston 512MB DDR400 CL3.0 V2.6
Kingston 256MB DDR333 CL2.5 V2.5
Jazz 128 MB DDR333 CL3.0 V2.5(4 Sticks)
i have to setup these rams in two of my pc's but mainly what i want is the pc in my sig is primary and is used on a network and is accessed by 3 different pc's, so i want best available setup for that pc..
which combination i have to use from the following or any other but from available ram

Setup No.1: 512 128 128 128
Setup No.2: 512 128 256 128
Setup No.3: 128 128 128 128
Setup No.4: 512 256 128 128

stumper....mixing ram combinations is a weird one, it'll drop performance to the lowest ram, so i guess either one will be okay? Try out each one, and benchmark it, to see which performs better
