I have built a few computers that worked fine. However when I was building my last one I made the mistake of buying a celeron D on a mobo that needed BIOS to be upgraded. :bang head . How am I suppos to flash BIOS with a CPU that doesnt boot. So I had to put the CPU from other computer to flash the BIOS, and only then put the celeron D on.
So will this setup have any bad stuff in it ?

That same Ultra memory used to be $20 a couple of weeks or was it months ago.
For the processor, I'd say go for the 3.0E because of the 800Mhz FSB and the HTT.
And for the hard drive http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=389547
