Is Corsair XMS PC3200c2 rev1.2 Ch-5 or Ch-6?

About a year and a half ago, I bought my gig (2x512mb) of Corsair XMS PC3200c2 rev1.2. Searching this site, I've heard people state that rev1.2 had ch-5 modules, while others said it was ch-6. Which one is?

What are the tightest you can run 2-3-3-6 or 2-3-2-6, or higher, more like 2-4-4-7 or 2-3-4-7 etc.

The higher timings are more likely to be ch-6

I seem to max around 220mhz @ 2.5-3-3-11-1T with 2.6 volts (this ram doesn't seem to respond to anything higher). Any tips on how to get higher?

Those are CH-6.
