i was pulling a cd out of the case, and it cracked, from the middle out. it is a clean crack, but i don't know what to do, and it is a $70 piece of software. is there anyway to fix it so i can copy it or something? thanks

Don't think there's too much you can do except contact the manufacturer and ask if they will replace it for you.... most, if not all, will.

man that sucks,i would even try returning it to the store where you got it,you might get lucky and get an exchange. I hate when i take out a new cd thats really tight and your just hoping it comes out in one piece

........although some may charge a small fee. Contact them for a replacement

No way to repair it. Just hope your vendor is a good sport about it.

the only problem is i have had it for a while, but have only used it once, because i have been moving and such. i just hope they will replace it, or give me a discount. i cant afford to buy it again at full price.

As long as it's an original CD you should be able to work something out with the manufactures. If the version you have is not available they normally discount you on an upgrade to the latest software
