a big problem , mem won't go 200FSB

i post this thread for my friend from IL who , from a strange reason doesn't want to sign up to OCforums . his problem.

so here goes the problem
he uses a MSI NEO2 mobo with wini A64 3000+ and 2*512 mem
he tried several mem's (adata , OCZ , mushkin ) no mem will go 200 with 2 mem sticks in it , just one.

how can he solve is?

if its a nf3 chipset(single channel), they dont do well with 2 sticks. although i would think that i would run at least 200mhz
