somehow after i leave mine o/c Geforce3 setting on 240/544 for a month, then i decided to be a greasy men, so i try o/c more to see how much Juice i can get out of this babe, but i cant rise the ram any higher, everytime i rise it and click on apply or ok, it always go bak to 544. but i can still rise the core though, does this means that i am hitting the powerstripz limit?
I believe that Powerstrip is shareware & it'll stop after 30 days.

But i dun really that would the fact as i can still raise the core clock though. and it had never warn me when i install it.
I don't believe powerstrip stops working, but the 3.02 version has this annoying tool tips at startup... and I don't think you're reaching a limit, but I do think the overclocking for the memory is failing and powerstrip is returning to the last good frequency to avoid crashing.
I also notice it doesn't give you a true mhz by mhz overclock with DDR memory since it can only run at certain frequencies (math issue). It may be requiring you to run so much higher to get to the next good mathematical setting that it is failing at such a higher speed.
