and how do I get them? I have a Intel Pentium M(DOTHAN) 1.86ghz and need it to optomize it. Should I just do the one click or what?

Do the -advmethods one click. Edit the client.cfg to your username, don't give Wedo a freeby. Change bigpackets=no to yes.
