as u can see in here
i got a big gas rad , and due to the fact it a bit damaged and just to big to work with as a single line , i'm gonna mod it , my main problem is that i don't know how.

the rad has 24 copper pipes in it . i wan't to cut the endes ans rewire them in order to make a dual/single/quad pass .
i need ideas and opinions on what to make (dual/single/quad ) and how to make it.

you need to be able to solder with a torch/ braze to do this, but i'd say, just cut it to size, and look at the pathway of the water, double pass should do very nicely i'd think.

you cut it to size, and then just re work the copper U pipes on the end to get it to be a double pass, more than likely will require modding, then you are done

i think to make it into a 60*15*6 by cutting it to 2 and join the parts
and use silicon tubes to rewire it all to a dual pass
