how to find the brand of memory?

hello... i want to kow how to find the rev or my memory, i already know that its an samsung memory, for example "475 / 450 Samsung 2.0" how do i know if my samsung is a 2.0? or 4.0? or w/e. i hope i can make this clear to anyone who reads this, if not please ask questions. thanks!
