Hello,

I was thinking of upgrading to 2 GIG of RAM, I currently have 512MB but with battlefield it's killing me, I've got an 3500+, 6800GT, A8N SLI Deluxe, What's good RAM

You currently have 256x2 = 512 or 512x2=1024?

If you have the latter, there are plenty of 512x2 Dual Channel sets to pick from. Corsair makes some good quality sets for every budget. Just stick to the name brands if you want to get good quality. (Kingston, Corsair, Crucial, OCZ, Patriot to name a few)

Be careful what you wish for.
My Gigabyte board will run the Patriot EP (2,3,2,5) 2x512MB sticks just fine at 1T, but add a second pair and you have to bump to 2T.
So in the end, I have more RAM, but it runs slower.
That might happen on the Asus board too, so you have to decide if the tradeoff is worth it.
