People have been hittin DDR500+ with 2-2-2 timings according to this article. These are pretty new modules from Corsair and was wondering what kind of chips do these got in them? I was thinking it might be BH-5. Anyways, the display is really cool, but I wonder if all that crap keeps the chips really hot.. probably like wrapping your ram in tinfoil.
Edit: They're Samsung TCCD.
