Memory for athlon 64

Well i just bougt new mobo and proc and my memory is 1gB(512 x 2) of crucial 333mhz ddr and was wondering if i could get it to work in my new mobo if i had to underclock it to work or if i have to get money to buy new memory the mobo is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813130469

It will work, you will need to run a divider to get it clocked down to 333mhz.

Try running it at 1:1 with no divider. DDR333 modules can usually run at 400mhz. No sense in not trying it. You may have some ram there that is capable of running 1:1. If it uses Micron -5B C chips, you can run it much faster than that
