Help me get my 3.2 to 3.8GHz (Timings?)

Hello Everyone:
Well, I'm trying to hit 3.8GHz (3808MHz) on a 1:1 ratio. I think it might be time to loosen up my timings but I have no clue which timings I should go ahead and start testing on.
Any ideas?
MemTest86+ passes fine on default 2-3-3-6 timings (20 passes, test #8) only on 2.8V (stock is 2.6V). However, after I boot into Windows XP I get serious stability issues and I'm thinking that it might be the CPU not handling such frequency...on to the tests.

Corsair XMS TWINX1024-3200C2PT 1GB (2 x 512MB) DDR400
1:1 Ratio 2-3-3-6 (Default) 238MHz (16x238 = 3808)

Using MemTest86+ 1.55 (Considered stable after 20 passes in test #8)
1.600 Vcore
1.6 AGP Voltage
2-3-3-6 @ 2.6V = Unstable
2-3-3-6 @ 2.65V = Unstable
2-3-3-6 @ 2.7V = Unstable
2-3-3-6 @ 2.8V = Stable

Thanks a lot for the quick response mate. So first go for 2.5-3-3-6 and if that fails, 2.5-3-3-7...correct?

Do the voltages (VCORE, AGP) necessarily matter when testing RAM with MemTest86+? I'm planning on doing the tests with VCORE at 1.6000v and AGP at 1.6000v.

You guys think my CPU can not handle 3.8GHz? Clearly evident that RAM does just fine...even at stock voltages with 2.5-3-3-6...still no stable bootup even with high VCore and AGP Voltage.
 
Have you tried a 5:4 divider, with ram set to spd to verify the cpu's max stable overclock? The ram would be running under ddr400 and could be ruled out as the problem.

My 3.2C maxed out at 3.7ghz stable on air.
 
Yes, I'm guessing that the CPU can not handle 3.8GHz. The entire idea behind this project was to run 1:1 for max potential benefit. I'll do some 5:4 testing.
