Monarch Computer Systems

What are your experiences with Monarch? I've had great business transactions with Newegg and ZZF. Thought I would give Monarch a try since they had A64 X2 available for pre-order. Placed an order on June 2nd. Come to find out on my recent credit card statement they have already charged me for the FULL AMOUNT! Not a temp authorization, but a full blown charge! Is this standard for them? The processor has now been bumped back to June 24th for the ETA. Just wanted to know others experiences. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, but I don't like to be charged for something that has not even been shipped to me yet. Thanks.
