Can someone tell me? Thanks. I know AMD has theirs downward unlocked but I'm not sure about Intel.

The only semi-unlocked CPU is the 560, 570, 660, 670 and 3.73EE. All others are 100% locked. Those that are semi-unlocked have access to either their highest multiplier or 14.

Umm on the Asus P5AD2-E I was able to run my 650 at the 14x multi by setting SpeedStep to [Minimum]. It stayed at 14x no matter load ect.

It varies from board to board. I listed only those that are unlocked on all mobos. Yours for example isnt unlocked on the P5WD2
