The motherboard looks to be good, MSI does a pretty good job with their products in my opinion. The real question is what will you be putting on this motherboard? I would have to say that out of all the major components, when it comes to gaming the motherboard is the least factored. My 915P Neo Platinum is rock solid and a decent overclocker. But my 630 cpu and 6600GT is what makes it decent at gaming. I pull about 80 fps avg in de_dust at 1280x1024 all settings high.

Let us know what other components you have in mind.
