mx518 scroll problem

my mx518 is really starting to get on my nerves, I want it to scroll down and up with the thumb buttons, but it doesn't work. I put it on that in the set-up program, and click OK, and it works, but when I go to another page it doesn't work, instead it scrolls up and down threw pages I've been. Can someone tell me what to do, in order to fix this. I have tried reinstalling it and still same problem..

Good thing I got a Razer Diamondback. I think it might be the drivers? I would try removing it(ctrl panel) and then reinstalling it.

I agree with 1cem4n about reinstalling the drivers but I just configured my MX518 to cruise up and down with the thumb buttons and it works just fine. :shrug:

is this solution destructive or will help me..lol..I'm thinking it is the software, because the application switch doesn't work anymore..!

totally delete the drivers. get newer ones. doesn't sound like a driver problem if it happens multiple times... maybe its somehow messed up with your computer (I know people who do that with MX518 and the setpoint drivers)

well, maybe, but I have had this problem on my other computer too.

woot!!! I fixed it, I downloaded the lastest drivers, from logitech.com, and it works :)
