slow monarch

this has happend to me twice i might be spoiled by newegg but i just ordered from monarchcomputers.com 3 days ago and they haven't even shipped my items yet. Unbelivable! Newegg gets here in 2 days even with the slowest shipping option,i think next time i rather pay a lill more in tax with newegg than wait for the slow *** monarch.

Do you guys have same experience?

I have never ordered from Monarch, but I won a Ti4800SE in a contest that they sponsored and it took nearly 3 weeks to get it with a lot of runaround. I know almost all of my clan mates have had issues with Monarch so we all stay away. The Egg has been the best for me.

monarch was great to me, item shipped the same day. They usually ship as fast as newegg does for me

i like the egg! but the only problem is they charge tax since im in California!
Monarh in the other hand don't charge tax and mostly free shipping!

hmm really in my experience it has been as fast as newegg sometimes faster. Don't know what to tell you except that they have a good resellerrating which you don't get from nothing. Maybe you just got unlucky.
