I was hoping SteveOCZ would check his PM box by now so I'll ask here just in case someone else knows. Specificly I want info on the OCZ4002048PFDC-K dual channel kit I bought. There have nice heavy copper heatspreaders on them.

Also what ICs are on them?

They use double sided thermal tape, most heatspreader manufacturers use 3M Scotch 467MP or 468MP Hi Performance doublesided adhesive tape with a thickness of .06mm to .13mm

Would these (mosel or infineon) scale well with my board's vdimm range of 2.6-2.9 ?

The reviewer's got up to DDR490 on a single processor system. My Iwill DH800 tops out at ~DDR480 or so.
