I've got this flavor on its way to me, although I've never heard of it before.
Is anyone here running it? Or, know anything about it?
Screenshots on its homesite make it look like Winux. And supposedly an easy install for a novice.
does it say based on xxx. A lot of distros are major ones, altered a wee bit - there are lots of variations of Red Hat and Debian.

Who knows. Maybe it's a rogue distro from M$ ?? Afterall, they've stolen everything else they distribute from some else. Rumour has it they've cloned Afterstep in XP. They've gone to a *nix tcp stack, so who knows. Maybe they've finally gotten smart and gone to a decent kernel as well. I'm gonna go looking for it myself and see what it's all about ..

Well, I checked into that Linux distro. Didn't actually look at it, but from what I see of their website... Well, not wanting to go shooting flames where I don't know for sure they are due, I'd recommend going with one of the more "well known" distros..

Well, I installed it. Pretty nice Caldera subset.
A better install than Corel Linux. Took about 40 minutes. Sure does remind me of Windows.
I think this one is a good starting place for beginners.
if it works and suit you then ignore what anyone says - although Red Hat / Mandrake / SuSe are all better supported at drivers websites.
