infineon 512mb pc2100

i was just wondering if anyone have overclocked with these rams... i have a single OCZ enhance latency 512mb 3200 in my system.. i just happen to have this exrta infineon left over from my dell. i didn't think these rams can overclock well.. but i just try'd it anyways and now it in dual channel with my ocz runnings at 210mhz. it cam from an 142mhz. is that a good overclock?

both rams are running timmings of 2.5-3-2-5.
