my OCZ booster got burned i don't know if OCZ accepts this RMA or not. i installed it and power up the PC then it burned in 2 seconds.
does anyone got the same as mine ?

i requested RMA 3 days ago but i didn't get any respond from OCZ.

That is most likley from using it in an unsupported MB.

I did the exact same thing to mine.

Not OCZs fault, that one is on you.

A little bit fo wire/solder can patch that up. Mine works fine once I repaired the trace.
 
i use P4P800SE. a lot people claim that this MOBO trace up to 3.6v .. i think the booster is defected that's why it fried itself. a friend of mine got exactly the same burned as mine on his abit NF7
 
Well, its a simple repair. Or I guess you could wait to send it back.

Its not really OCZs fault if you ask me.
 
you may not want to return it because that would be "considered" ripping them off, because after all it is your fault, and you don't want anything taken away from you, now do you. Or at least don't tell us if you do get it RMAed..
