scsi problem

I got my scsi 15k hard drive today and the cable that came with my controller is to small...

Is there a bigger pin cable I need? This is the controller I bought...

Well, did they send you a 50 pin or 68 pin cable. Also, did you buy an 80 pin scsi drive?

I think i have a 50 pin

Heres the specs for the controller

Provides one internal 68-pin LVD connector, one internal 50-pin connector, and one external 50-pin high-density connector

if it is 50pin then attach it to the spot closest to the pci cover. If not, you probably need an 80pin cable for which a converter that goes 68-80 pin can be found
