Helloooo all!
I just received my new and supposedly improved gigaram pc-3700.
The sticker reads 1GB Dual Channel Pc-3700
CL2-3-3-5
Model: GR1DD8T0K1GB/466/2.0
The ics are 519 Samsung TCCD
I have to go to work now so I'll have these puppies up and running at 8 o' clock pm pst.

if i remember correctly this was the replacement for the crap sticks from newegg?
did you open the spreaders up and read them yourself?

and can anyone buy them except go the terrible route you had to deal with?

i do wish you luck man as you deserve it after all you had to go threw to get them.

Okay, so I haven't had to time o/c much.
This time the ram actually runs the timings the label says :)
233 1T 2-3-3-5 2.75v
I hit 250 1T 2.5-3-3-5 2.75v
I'll have to test over night to make sure it's stable though.
I'll keep ya updated!

Wow, if its stable, im picking up a gig, because 250 @ 2-3-3-5 is pretty damn good for cheap ram, and those timings still could be loosened.
 
naw, don't bother with this ram. it was a pain in the *** to get.
stable at 250 1t 2.5-3-3-10! :D

hey KKat can you give a brief explanation to how you came about getting this tccd?
i know how but others dont and we wouldnt want them in the boat you was in to get these.
i dont know al the facts to truely be accurate.so for future people searching the forums for "gigaram" dont make a big mistake later.
